A FEW TESTIMONIALS
Lissa is my secret weapon. When we run into a difficult situation or issue with a project, Lissa can talk anyone off a ledge!
Irina G. Discover, Director Global PMO
Thank you for taking the initiative to conduct SharePoint training on the Project SharePoint sites for Performance Management and Pay for Performance. I received excellent feedback from the business. They see the value not only from a storage standpoint but also the collaboration capabilities within SharePoint. Also, Marylynn is very pleased with the support you are providing on Perf Mgt. She would like you to support another key initiative on her radar. Finally, I would like to thank you for your willingness to help Sola in developing the HR PMO umbrella SharePoint site. I appreciate your experience, can-do attitude, and being a great team player.
Mike M., Walgreens, Director PMO
Thanks so much Lissa—you’ve been a huge help throughout this process, and helped us to successfully introduce WFP to HRBP’s. Thanks again for your hard work and willingness to go above and beyond!
Kyle G. Walgreens, Director of Workforce Planning

Thanks, Lissa! You definitely helped us out. As of now, we are in a good place to start our analysis. We only have a few HRBPs that didn’t submit data, and we will add the data manually if they submit their information in time.
Thanks again!
Sarah K. Walgreens, Manager Workforce Development
I have worked with Lissa on multiple projects and I am still amazed at what she can accomplish with little to no direction or even information!
Shawn R. Staples. Director of IT
We had no idea what was happening nor what direction to go in. Lissa, within one hour we knew you were the answer and my mind was at ease.
Marvin H. CFO Maya Angelou
Lissa’s characterization is spot on. I will also add that Lissa has been invaluable to the execution of this project in getting the councils off the ground. There are numerous moving parts to coordinating the activities of four distinct launches each chock full of busy business leaders with competing schedules. Her expert project management skills have allowed me to maintain a consistent approach to the framework and execution of each launched process, up to and through the 1.5-day kick-off meetings that are part of the design. The results and the experience have been very well received by the council members, launch attendees, and the council executive sponsors (aka CoVPs).
Please let me know if any additional information is required. Again, Lissa has been an invaluable resource to the success of the regional diversity council initiative.
Be Well,
Melissa D. Walgreens, Director D&I
